Mill the board, cut it in half and label pins and tails.
Cut a shallow rabbet on the inside of the tail board to accept the pin piece later.
Layout the tails and saw (that's apparently a tricky part for me).
Chisel out the waste using a guide block.
Opps! I looks like I pulled out a tooth.
Lay out the pins with the tails. Use the shallow rabbet to line up the boards.
Chisel out the waste where the tails will go using a guide block again.
